Product Description

PVC PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
It is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum, calibrating tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker of belling machine etc.

Haul-off of different specifications, such as two cateroillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six caterpillars etc are designed for different requirements.
It may choose the saw blade cutting type of the planetary cutting type.
Our company may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and core ply blister tube set according to the client's requirement.

The line is composed of the twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibrating tank,haul-off,cutter,stacker or belling machine etc.
