As the core equipment of the line, the high-efficiency single-screw extruder provides excellent plasticizing and uniform foaming. Optimized screw and barrel design ensures stable extrusion pressure, even material fluidity and high output, suitable for long-time continuous production of PS imitation wood profiles.

Professional co-extrusion die head for PS imitation wood profiles. Optimized flow channel and precise temperature control ensure uniform foaming, smooth surface and clear wood grain. Wear-resistant design keeps stable dimension, low defect rate and long service life.

Vacuum Cooling Calibration Table

Haul-off Machine

This vacuum shaping table adopts circulating water cooling and vacuum sizing technology. It quickly cools and calibrates the extruded soft profile, effectively prevents deformation, and ensures flatness, straightness and precise size tolerance of finished panels.

Equipped with high-precision servo motor, the traction machine provides stable and adjustable pulling speed. It keeps uniform material tension during extrusion, effectively avoids panel bending, wrinkling and thickness deviation, and matches the whole line speed perfectly.

Cutter

Automatic Stacking Machine

Automatic servo cutting system realizes precise fixed-length cutting. The cutting is smooth, burr-free and high-precision. Cutting length and speed can be adjusted freely according to customer product requirements.

The automatic stacker automatically collects and arranges finished panels. It reduces manual labor, improves production efficiency, and keeps finished products neat for easy packaging and transportation.
